Not all webinars are created equal. That’s a phrase we’ve come to know quite well at RNG in the age of the COVID pandemic. Like many of you, we’ve been absorbing as much information as we can get our hands on; everything from how to “Survive to Thrive” (thanks Trailhead) to what the PPP loans are, to how to learn how to code, to social media marketing, to a very weird webinar that I’m not sure had a purpose….I think we’ve all been there. Which, is why, when it came time to examine how we were going to make an impact in our own network, we’d originally scoffed at the idea of ANOTHER webinar.

But, go figure, when you’re quarantined and can’t host any kind of in-person meeting, a webinar is about the best option out there.

So, we created,” The Power of Persistence: your guide to navigating all things human capital in the digital world” with one premise in mind: it MUST be a webinar that doesn’t suck. And you know, after spending the last two weeks enamoring ourselves with Zoom, scouring the internet for the BEST gifs we can find, and developing content that we know will be easy for participants to implement, I think we’ve done it. Nothing about this is going to suck. In fact, I think it may even be….FUN.
