Position Summary

The Marketing Manager leads and executes Our client's marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, market differentiation, lead generation, and sales enablement. This role translates company strategy into consistent marketing execution while supporting revenue growth across markets.

 

The Marketing Manager is responsible for campaign development, digital presence, content creation, event execution, analytics tracking, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role ensures that our client's brand, messaging, and market positioning are clear, differentiated, and aligned with company growth objectives. Working closely with Business Development, Sales, and Leadership, the Marketing Manager ensures marketing efforts contribute to pipeline visibility, stronger positioning, and earlier customer engagement in the sales cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing and Brand Execution

  • Support development and implementation of the annual marketing plan aligned with company growth goals.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and print.
  • Translate customer feedback, BD insights, and competitive trends into campaign focus and messaging adjustments.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain brand standards, messaging clarity, and visual identity alignment.
  • Support refinement and elevation of our client's market positioning in workplace strategy, sustainability, innovation, and client experience.
  • Develop thought leadership content including case studies, blogs, and educational materials that reinforce differentiation.

Demand Generation & Sales Enablement

  • Develop targeted marketing initiatives to support business development and pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Sales and BD to align marketing strategies with revenue objectives.
  • Create presentations, collateral, pursuit materials, and proposal support documents.
  • Support strategic bid responses and major pursuits.
  • Maintain marketing database integrity and audience segmentation for targeted outreach.

Digital Marketing & Systems Management

  • Oversee website performance, updates, SEO/SEM strategies, and user experience optimization.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
  • Monitor digital advertising, social engagement, and email performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Events & Community Engagement

  • Plan and execute industry events, sponsorships, and networking initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics, messaging, and materials for events and tradeshows.
  • Support partnerships aligned with our client's sustainability and community values.
  • Ensure events reinforce brand credibility and relationship-building goals.

Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics including engagement, website traffic, lead flow, and pipeline influence.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Track marketing KPIs aligned with leadership expectations.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to strengthen marketing ROI and positioning impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage relationships with external vendors including designers, digital partners, photographers, and printers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Operations, Finance, and Leadership.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in a hands-on marketing role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and content development.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting sales or business development initiatives.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in commercial interiors, AEC, construction, or design-related industries.
  • Experience managing CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Experience managing external creative vendors and budgets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
