Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative with 3–5+ years of experience who is ready to make a visible impact. In this role, you’ll partner with smart, driven industry professionals and help our clients solve complex challenges in the built environment — all while fueling our client's continued growth. If you enjoy consultative sales, networking with decision-makers, and influencing major project outcomes, this is the place for you.
In this role, you won’t just be “selling.” You’ll be educating, advising, and creating long-term partnerships that help clients evaluate options early, control risk, and move confidently through the building life cycle. What You’ll Do
- Research and identify ideal target clients in A/E/C markets
- Build awareness and engage prospects through calls, email, and in-person outreach
- Schedule discovery meetings and support educational presentations
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Qualify leads, manage pipeline activity, and maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate closely with our client's leadership to secure revenue-generating opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years of sales or business development experience
- Proven success meeting goals and growing sales
- Experience in construction or A/E/C industry strongly preferred
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Energy, initiative, and the ability to build strong professional relationships
