Position Purpose
This position is responsible for championing a world-class experience for two key groups: employees and customers. This blended role manages the full cycle of human resources to foster a positive, compliant, and engaging work environment. Concurrently, the role drives marketing and communication initiatives to enhance customer relationships, build brand loyalty, and support business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities

Human Resources
Culture & Engagement
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies (e.g., newsletters, intranet forums, announcements) to enhance employee engagement, transparency, and connection to the mission of our client.
Event Coordination
- Plan, organize, and execute internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities to foster a positive and collaborative company culture.
HR Policy
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support the mission of our client, ensuring the employee handbook remains current and compliant.
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and creating an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees.
Compensation & Benefits
- Under the direction of leadership, administer benefit plans, manage the bonus program, and provide compensation analysis.
Employee Relations
- In coordination with business leaders, manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and corrective action; provide leadership coaching and training as needed.
Payroll Administration
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Manage timekeeping records, deductions, and tax withholdings, and serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Manage the HR information system (HRIS), maintain accurate people metrics, and complete regular reporting on KPIs such as turnover and FTEs.
Customer Experience
Customer Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute customer appreciation events, workshops, webinars, and trade show appearances to strengthen client relationships and generate leads.
Customer Advocacy
- Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting, analyzing, and reporting feedback from surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to identify areas for service improvement.
Digital Marketing
- Create and distribute compelling marketing campaigns under the direction of leadership. Manage and grow social media presence while staying current on new trends and opportunities.
Content & Website
- Assist with maintaining and updating the company website. Support the creation of engaging flyers, ads, blog posts, and other marketing materials that reflect the brand voice of our client.
Performance Analytics
- Determine, implement, and track suitable marketing analytics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, campaign ROI) and report periodically on performance.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; sufficient directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree — required

3+ years of verifiable HR experience — required

Reasonable proficiency with HR information systems — required

Prior experience with digital marketing and related platforms, or a willingness to obtain — required

Proven ability to establish work priorities, multi-task, and adjust to changing business needs and conditions — preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to positively interact with both individuals and groups — preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and lift frequently; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds

This is an in-office position based in beautiful Burley, Idaho
