Role Summary
Our Client is seeking a Demand Generation Manager who lives at the intersection of strategy + execution. This role is all about building smart, multi-channel marketing programs that fuel qualified pipeline, drive awareness, and directly accelerate revenue growth.
You’ll partner closely with sales to run ABM campaigns, tailor messaging to high-value accounts, and build programs that span the full funnel — from initial targeting to handoff and attribution. The ideal candidate brings both creativity and analytical rigor, loves testing and optimizing, and gets fired up about measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid media, social, webinars, events, and more
- Create and manage ABM programs in collaboration with sales to engage target accounts with personalized, multi-touch campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, content, and sales to ensure alignment across audiences and messaging
- Own the full lead lifecycle — including scoring, routing, nurture, and attribution tracking in CRM/marketing automation tools
- Use data and analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and present insights back to leadership
- Partner with internal/external creative teams and paid media vendors to manage assets and campaign execution
- Continuously A/B test and refine funnels to improve conversion rates and efficiency
- Support sales enablement through account intelligence, lead insights, and performance dashboards
- Conduct research to identify new channels, market shifts, and opportunities for future growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools (Demandbase, 6sense, RollWorks, Terminus, etc.)
- Proficiency with marketing automation (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven success building measurable multi-channel campaigns tied to pipeline growth
- Strong analytical skills and project management experience
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech marketing
- Familiarity with paid search/social and retargeting strategies
- Comfort with analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Certifications in digital or demand gen marketing (HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary is commensurate with experience.
