  • Modern, recurring-revenue solutions
  • Strategic marketing + business development support
  • Performance reporting that drives smart decisions

Core Values

Execution over Perfection | Can-Do Attitude | Collaboration | Transparency | Customer Obsession

Culture

Headquartered in Nashville with 60% of the team working remotely. Think low ego, high output — results matter more than process. They show up with value, not noise, and focus on bringing real solutions to the table.

Role Summary

Our Client is seeking a Partnerships pro who can supercharge growth and help triple revenue over the next four years. You’ll tap into your existing fintech network to create high-impact distribution, technology, and go-to-market partnerships — plus open doors with trade organizations, CUSOs, and shared service organizations.

This is NOT a junior BD role — this is the “already-knows-half-the-room” role. You’ll build the partnerships engine that becomes the primary growth channel, owning deals end-to-end: first handshake to multi-million-dollar outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the pipeline: Identify, prioritize, and close 4–8 strategic partnerships a year that collectively drive $10M+ in incremental annual recurring revenue
  • Leverage your network: Activate strong relationships with fintech execs, platform partners, and digital banking providers to accelerate wins and expand brand influence
  • Own the lifecycle: Take deals from outreach to signature to launch — and keep optimizing post-go-live
  • Cross-functional magic: Collaborate with Product, Sales, Strategy, Legal, and Marketing so value gets unlocked (and blockers get busted)
  • Create repeatability: Build playbooks, processes, and partner accountability frameworks
  • Be the evangelist: Represent the brand at industry events, nurture executive relationships, and position Our Client as the partner of choice
  • Measure what matters: Provide quarterly reviews on revenue impact, pipeline health, and strategic positioning

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in fintech partnerships, biz dev, or corp dev with a track record of closing 6–7 figure deals
  • An active network of executive-level fintech relationships you can activate on Day 1
  • Proven success structuring complex deals (revenue share, integrations, co-sell, channel, etc.)
  • Technical fluency around APIs, integrations, and pricing models
  • Experience originating and closing at least two 6-figure+ fintech partnerships in the last 3 years
  • Deep understanding of financial institutions + banking dynamics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a high-growth fintech
  • Relationships with CUSOs, core providers, digital banking platforms, and strategic resellers
  • Active involvement in fintech industry groups (Money20/20, Finovate, Fintech Meetup, etc.)

What They Offer

Compensation Philosophy

Top-of-market pay for proven performers — with variable + equity upside that can exceed comparable roles at similarly growing fintechs when your partnerships deliver.

Benefits & Perks

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision (90% employer-paid)
  • Equity tied to revenue performance
  • $2,500 annual professional development budget
  • Home office stipend + the latest tech
  • Quarterly exposure to the executive team and board
  • Budget for major fintech conferences
  • Pathway to build and lead a partnerships team within 12–18 months

Culture

  • HQ in Nashville with 60% of the team remote
  • Regular in-person meetups
  • Low ego, high performance, outcome-focused
  • They show up with strategy, solutions, and real partnership value — not noise
