Our client is seeking a full-time Finance & Operations Manager to own the heartbeat of our back office—finance, systems,
and process excellence. This isn’t a back-office-only role. You’ll be a strategic right-hand to the CEO, helping drive our
$2.1M business to $6M+ while keeping operations smooth, margins strong, and the culture grounded and thriving.

Occasional travel will be required for Leadership Conferences and Trainings as well as quarterly offsite planning meetings.
What You’ll Own:
– Full financial operations: invoicing, bill pay, budget tracking, vendor management, and monthly reporting (P&L, Balance
Sheet, Cash Flow), QuickBooks management and financial forecasting to support smart, proactive decisions.
– CRM and systems oversight: expert-level use of systems and other platforms that power our business.
– SOP development: document, refine, and streamline how we work across all departments.
– Tech-forward execution: implement tools like ChatGPT and automation to cut waste and boost productivity.
-Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining standards and documentation across departments to ensure smooth a
running business
-Ability to create and manage the office culture to fit within our core values
-Manage the daily operations using KPI’s OKR’s , and dashboards
What You Bring:
-4 year degree in business administration or related discipline
– 3+ years of experience in finance and operations, preferably in a service-based or fast-growing business.
– Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
– A systems mindset with a love for solving problems and simplifying complexity.
– A drive to grow into a Leadership role where you don’t just manage tasks—you architect scale.
– Reliability, discretion, and cultural fit: you believe in showing up, owning your role, and caring about your team.
