I am so impressed with these guys! I did a walk-in about 3 weeks ago because I heard good things about Route, and ended up connecting with Bianca.

She literally sat down with me for like 30 minutes and asked me my life story so that she could put together the peices of my personality and what career path would be a best fit for me. She was a very present listener and then was able to reflect back to me so many things about my skills and preferences that I didn’t realize. I didn’t realize recruiters had career counselor talents but I guess it makes sense.

Anyways, I saw her at a business event weeks later and she gave a super warm welcome and we ended up chatting again for a while. I was just super impressed with how genuine she is in finding meaning out of connecting people with the right career and job fits. It sounds like another one of her talents is helping businesses figure out what positions they really might need in their company and then is good at intuiting who would fit in those roles.

Anyways, I digress. Bianca is amazing and helped guide my direction in just 2 conversations. And from what I gathered, it seems like that is the mentality that is fostered amongst the Route company culture. Very impressed!
