Route Networking Group is not your typical recruiter. They are one of the few places I have worked with that really wanted to understand the company culture they were recruiting for. Instead of telling me “oh we have the perfect candidate for you” they met with me several times to understand how I managed my department, the overall feel of the people, and what defined a good candidate in my own words. They are very dedicated to finding people that are a fit for both skills and culture. I would absolutely use them again, and I have at 2 different companies now. They delivered as promised, and brought me candidates that were all a fit. I didn’t have to waste time going through non qualified candidates every week.
