Our services are 100% free for candidates. For companies, our fee structure is flexible based on your unique needs. Typically, we charge either a percentage of the hired candidate's first-year salary or a flat fee, depending on the specific requirements of your search and your organization.
Our #1 priority in all that we do is building relationships. We've found this to be the cornerstone of building a successful candidate network. Much of the talent we work with comes from referrals, networking events, or connections our team has throughout the Northwest.

The timeline varies for each search. Sometimes, it's as simple as introducing the right candidate to a company with an existing opening. Other times, we need to develop new relationships on behalf of talented candidates.
For most clients, we present qualified candidates within 1-2 weeks of our initial consultation. The full process from kickoff to accepted offer typically ranges from 4-8 weeks, depending on the position's complexity, market conditions, and interview timelines.
While our headquarters is in Boise, we provide recruiting services throughout the Northwest, including Idaho, Montana, Washington, Oregon, Utah, and Nevada. Our team has extensive knowledge of regional markets and industries, allowing us to connect exceptional talent with great companies across the Mountain West.
