Background & Education

Originally from Boise (well, almost—her family moved here when she was 2), Zoe graduated from Boise High before earning her Extended Bachelor of Science in Public Planning from Northern Arizona University. After completing her degree, she couldn't resist returning to Boise, a place she considers incredibly special.
Her professional background includes experience in regulatory compliance, customer service, and project coordination—diverse roles that inform her holistic approach to talent acquisition.

Outside the Office

When she's not connecting talent with opportunity, Zoe loves spending time outdoors in the beautiful Boise landscape, reading (she's always ready with a book recommendation), cooking and exploring new culinary adventures and, most importantly, being with her husband and young daughter.
