Jessica Cafferty founded RNG in 2015 with a vision to transform recruiting by putting authentic relationships at the center of the talent acquisition process.
As a third-generation Idahoan, she returned to Boise after years away, bringing her expertise in business development to create a recruiting agency that bridges the gap between technology and humanity.

"We're passionate about building connections to help businesses grow and communities thrive," says Jessica. "Our day-to-day focus is on all things talent acquisition, but at the end of the day, we see ourselves as 'People Partners' who make a real impact in our Northwestern communities."
Under Jessica's leadership, RNG has placed over $4M in salaries back into the Idaho, Montana, Washington, and Oregon economies, creating sustainable career paths for professionals across the region.
