Third-generation Idahoan Jessica Cafferty founded RNG in 2015 after experiencing the "job search blues" firsthand. With a background in business development at logistics companies and a University of Puget Sound degree in Business Leadership, Jessica built RNG to bridge technology and humanity in recruiting.
She's the scrappy visionary behind $4M+ in salaries placed throughout the Northwest. When not revolutionizing recruitment, Jessica serves on multiple boards including Girl Scouts of Silver Sage and Boise Young Professionals, hits the foothills with office pup Arlo, or travels the world.

Nearly a Boise native (moved here at age 2), she graduated from Boise High before earning her City Planning degree from Northern Arizona University.

Beyond RNG, Zoe co-owns Neckar Coffee (opened 2018) with her husband and spends her free time outdoors, devouring books, and being present with her family — including her 2-year-old daughter.
