Our Story
In the heart of Boise, RNG Group was born from Jessica Cafferty's frustration with the hiring status quo. As a born-and-raised Boise native, her "aha" moment came during yet another automated rejection email after returning home from Dallas. There had to be a better way to connect talent with opportunity!
After existing recruiting agencies left her underwhelmed (shocking, right?), Jessica decided to flip the script entirely. She built RNG on a radical premise: that recruiting should start with listening, not keyword scanning.
RNG emerged in 2015 as a talent partner focused on real relationships first, transactions second.
